The big bugs are like four different pieces of paper that they can press and expand, like an accordian. It's essentially two dimensional stop motion, if that makes sense. The design of the facial hair on most of the main characters is also to simplify a mouth movement. There are some big, bushy staches in this fill. And you have a majority of the male characters, who just have a mound of har in front of their mouth that just vibrates a little bit when they talk. These are all things that iohe i just think it's interesting to watch, because after thes oof, thes life, comes the mice, strohos lush, right?
