The Receive Telescope Is No Longer in Service Rate

Petericas has had a pretty illustrious scientific career. He detected the first binary pulsar, discovered ice poles and other planets. And it's done all these amazing things, but it's no longer in service rate. In fact, it is not. One problem is that it's sort of old, and it's been around for a long, long time.
