The Importance of Trust in a Relationship
A trusting relationship is something that can lead to good physical health. If you don't trust someone in whatever sort of sphere you're constantly having to be hyper vigilant and that's exhausting, she says. A more democratic organization where the bonds that keep people together are not about safety but about safeness are terribly important compassionate leadership is something that is really vital for an energetic organizationSomething too hierarchical and dictatorial inevitably tilts towards tyranny well it's a bit like guessing so if you don't Trust Someone your sympathetic nervous system is overactive physically you're full of adrenaline rather than endorphins which is ultimately bad for you.
