How to Respond to a Public Shaming Event
I really don't know how other people would react or have reacted to a situation like that. It was evident to me that this was a staged public shaming and that I was sort of brought into a space where the students kind of could vent their rage at me. So I think some justifiable anger and criticism is appropriate here. People need to be very, very wary about getting into a mob. Mobs are scary things. The antithesis of law.
