The Importance of Compliance Training

There's a bit of an elephant in the room which is compliance. We're not trying to train people, we're covering our back sides. It's about devolving culpability from the organisation to the individual. Therefore, the current way works. People don't like doing it. And we don't know whether it actually affects judgment, but that's not the intent. The risk of using our favourite, Ellen Dee cliche, there's a bitof an elephant in this discussion that seems to me which is Compliance. There's a lot of stuff that people don't necessarily want to do because it will help do their jobs better on faster, but they have to do to stop the company
