The Diabolical Imagination
When the idyllic falls we see a move toward the diabolical imagination. T.S. Eliot calls it the evil spirit and anti moral imagination he said when the moral imagination fails, immoral fail. We always go back and forth between the Idyllic and the diabolic until of course civilization crushes or we rehabilitate the moral imagination so this leads me to part two which is several things we can do or begin to think about doing to help develop the moral imagination. i have a list here of 14 i won't be able to obviously go through all of them in detail but then at least some of us would be on time for mass so that's good so maybe i will
