After World War II, oligarchy really takes the wheel in terms of steering US grand strategy. They establish this War and Peace Studies project which we've talked about mentioned a few times before now. And so this is standard oil money and the Council on Foreign Relations is a Rockefeller organization as well. It's a very Eastern establishment kind of Anglo file connected to the roundtable groups of like Milner and Cecil Rhodes in England.
