How to Avoid Anxiety

Anxious attachment people believe other people are incapable of acting morally or ethically when stress is high. Nervous avoidant types don't want to go near other people and just kind of stay back. They're not the manipulators usually, but they're usually not. The place to start is to meet somebody that you actually believe is possible for them to be a moral person when the stress hits. And then like a scared cat, the avoidant person will run away and hide under the bed for about six months because they've exposed themselves.
