The four teaching unions are going to call off strikes after they've accepted the 6.5 percent pay rise for teachers. Can we expect a similar thing from junior doctors? It's very difficult to say because the pay demands have been so unreasonable it's just not clear. Casey: This has got the potential to be a huge victory for Rishi Sunak at a time when his five pledges seem to be sort of going down the drain. But I think this is a government that doesn't think it's such a bad thing, he says.
