Developer Community at Hub Spot - What's the Difference?

Hubspot has a ten thousand member developer slack, but many of them were folks who have just come in, asked a question, nobody answered and they left forever. We want to make it a really engaging place where we can plug in some of our experts to help to scale those questions. And then from the forum side, i think there's a lot of support and community overlap with specially developer community. I'm hopeful that we can start to extract some of their knowledge and bring it over to what we're doing with our community.
