Housing Is a Problem for the Feds
The housing market has been very volatile over the last few years with the pandemic a lot of weird stuff went on in the housing market. Here's Carl Quintinilla you call him CQ he's the man he's quoting an Apollo report here that says the housing market is starting to rebound but risks are rising. If rents and the components around housing continue to stay firm it just makes their job that much more difficult because they need housing to roll over its not happening.
