The Importance of Transparency in Online Media
David Latt: There are two you know areas of concern where I think conservatives there's a lot of bad things out there from the right on this. One would be whether there's viewpoint discrimination by the companies and the solution to that is to leave the platform because it's not against the law but it's not a platform you might want to be on if that's what they're doing. The second would be government coercion of the companies to restrict speech and that would be a First Amendment violation But we haven't seen proof of that yet because there's been no evidence of coercion.
