We are now at the golden age of neuro biology. We are starting to learn so much more about the brain, how we can create a better and more fit brain. And this is something that we want our children to know, that it's there for their usage. If you think negatively and you feel anger and you feel all these things, it's going to mitigate your learning in school. It's going to mitigation your ability to have relationships and to feel self love. So i think that right now, start young.
