Nature, Human Behavior, and Smoky Skys

Scientists flew a research aircraft threw the clouds and smoke plumes over wild fires in the western us, gathering data on the size and distribution of airbon particles. These smoky clouds are expected to reflect more light and produce less rain than clouds in clean air; may cause other more complex effects due to the warming impact of the smoke itself.
