But I would argue that part of the issue is that we use the term snub, implying that voters ever considered these shows in the first place. It suggests that they looked at it and said, oh, I'm not paying attention to that. He says Atlanta went on a long hiatus after Donald Glover won best actor but was still well-liked by viewers. "These are things that we think the enemy's unjustly ignored," he adds.
