What's in the Restrict Act?

The Restrict Act is a proposal from the Senate and introduced by Senator Mark Warner. The bill gives the president power to determine what kind of technology products or services come from America's foreign adversary. That includes China, Russia, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Venezuela under Maduro. Even companies that are commercializing were utilizing open source for their business gains are not covered in this act.
