I think that a lot of the people who work on my team have worked with me for a very long time and I think that they feel inspired to know that I'm ready to roll up my sleeves with them and get down into the dirt with them if we need to. That attitude breeds an environment where people get better and better and better in Excel so you can only lead by example. As much as you loved working with these big names there is nothing quite as satisfying as being able to call the shots for your own channel whatever it might be.
