Is There a Right Style of Meditation?
I see so many different pieces from a challenges diamond approach, like you talk about presence and different qualities of presence. And I'm just curious how does one distinguish what works for them? How do you help somebody discover like, what practice they should be doing because there's so much to choose from? Yeah, yeah, yeah, it's a great question. You know, we run into this all the time. There's so much information available on YouTube and the internet and things like that. Meditation apps and people will find some meditation practice. But when I start to work with them, I'll say, you know, talk to me about your practices and they'll say I meditate.
