Do You Think That She's an Originalist on the Bench?
i don't think that i think that it's worth comparing her, possibly to kagan. Kagan is the first progressive justice in the modern era who i think speaks textualism as a first language. I would be surprised if judge justice jackson even achieves that. But i think it is important that she recognizes the need to convey her points in sort of a second language version of originalism. And we'll see how far that ow far she takes that on the supreme court.
