There's a certain level of usage that should be allowed. Metallica fought Napster because they were like, it's going to kill our album sales. And then we come to find out that they made far more money after Napster than they ever thought possible. So in a way by giving their music away for free, they were able to tour and make vastly more fans, make way more money. There isn't a way like there's something to be said for licensing out your music like Moby.
