Bitcoin Is Going to Be a Big Thing in the Western World Unless Something Bad Happens to the Banking System
If bitcoin takes off anywhere it's going to be in a developing world much more likely than in the western world. Unless something like really bad happens with the financial system in the westernworld at which point then it might change becomes a system of last resort but even there i doubt it. The only possibility there would be to use the fiat rails on top of bitcoin so then you you would instantly get a bitcoin standard but you can do that with gold too. I don't think bitcoin has much of an advantage over gold why not well because you're still trusting a giant custodian and i would actually i trust banks more in their ability to hold gold if they can show me that they actually have it
