The Changes in Law Schools

Everything seems to change in a way, beginning in early late 60s or early 70s and 80s in law schools. They become more interested in setting up a new relationship between what they do and what their profession does. So there's now a lot of talk last 20 or 30 years about a issue of critical theory. Am I right in thinking that if you look at the court, its opinions, before this change, they don't talk about things like that?
