If you don't know the difference between being lost in thought and noticing thought arise and pass away, you will be as angry and as fearful. And it really is a kind of superpower to be able to get off the ride the moment you decide, okay, there's no longer a point in feeling this way. So that leads me to my next question. The first question is, I find this with people regarding two things, meditation and yoga. There are certain people who when you bring up those terms, their reaction is, I can't do that. That's not for me. Right.
