How Much Sleep Do You Usually Get?

i get up between an average night, probably one to two times a night. It used to be maybe two or three hours of sleep at night. I'm still only up to one cup of coffee a day because i was not caffonated throughout most of the pandemic. So i intend to be more of a chocolate person. Im so my kids are six, seven, and they're not great sleepers either. That's just fine to m getdin where you fit. And a, but god, i don't know. What do you think?
