Anarchism and Socialism - Questions and Answers

I would argue none of this could have happened if in China or Russia or Yugoslavia or Cuba or wherever they came into revolution with an a priori commitment to dismantling the state. If they had, these revolutions I would argue would have either failed outright or had to become tiny shadows of themselves isolated in small territories. How does an anarchist society say one in the US or Canada or Mexico regulate food and medicine safety across large swaths of territory? What about the continuity of medical services or countrywide electrical grids or social benefits? And how can an anarchist society of freely associating individuals without any centralized power to coordinate actions and policy across space and time deal with a global issue like climate change?
