The Slowly Shifting Orbit of the Sun
Earth's tilt changes on a 40,000 year time scale. And then there is what we call procession. The wobbly. It's the wobble. And that's like a 25,000 year scale. Do we know why this changes every 40,000 years? Is it something with a magma inside the planet or gravitational effects of other planets? Most of these effects in a solar system with with only the sun, the earth, the moon and possibly Jupiter. Those are the big players. And they interact in a way. So not only can we do counterfactual Earth's climate, we can do counterfactually solar system dynamics.
