The President-Elect's Disrespect for Science

This is our first episode released post-election and I feel compelled to say a few things. If you're listening to the show, you probably care about science. In order to cure diseases or to improve technology we need facts. We need a process to empirically and soberly assess these problems if we want to make informed decisions. But with a president-elect who has taken positions that disregard and disrespect the legitimacy of science, we need to work harder than ever to advocate for science education and for financial support.
