How Do We Grieve What We Didn't Get?

Grieving essentially means being with my embodied experience of what comes up for me when I am able to feel into this autonomic response. We perpetually relive that attachment, that inhibited attachment if we had one in our adult lives over and over and over again. When we are activated, we're essentially traveling time. And now I have a two year old or six year old, or it depends on the situation that's coming up - but essentially inhabiting my body. That is directly related to our earliest childhood experiences.
