Is Christmas a Family Holiday?

I think I definitely noticed that too, especially as you said, when we got older, being with friends was a big focus. So I ended up just always saving it to spend time with my family. My parents actually said that apparently in Korea, Christmas is seen as more of a romantic holiday rather than a family holiday. It's common for like lovers to go out on dates. And that's more common than families staying in and enjoying like a Christmas dinner together.
