There is doors like holes in the world around these lands. They lead to other places. Despite what the tutting priests might say, these other places are not hell. The gods cannot save us here. A frequent rallying cry of adventures from the Blessed Lands and the God Forsaken Lands. There is no reason to believe there aren't more such doorways,. It's worth it.
