The Subtle Complexity of Race
The idea at least in theory is that exploited workers are supposed to receive a wage that is sufficient to cover their living costs. That's the distinction between expropriation and exploitation. It corresponds historically over the 500 years of capitalism with the global color line, which granted how exactly that line is drawn. But I think this is a strong enough association to think that that this division of the property list people who might all be called the working class, the global working class, who probably should all be call the exploitable and the expropriable is to my mind.
