The Hollywood tape could not possibly have affected the outcome of the trial. The jury had to see that because, you know, these were videotaped depositions that they saw. It's pretty damn good evidence for the credibility of three women who say, guess what he did? I mean, what's so hard to believe that he actually, when he said it, he wasn't joking. This doesn't seem like a real appellate. You've got a really good district court judge. They were charged, I think, correctly.
