The Importance of Guarding Your Thoughts
In verse 10 he says something that will continue to unpack more as we keep reading. God had not yet given his people a lot of information about what happens after death. But they had a general view that the body went to shield and the spirit went to God. And it's remarkable that this passage was written long before 40 ultrasounds ever existed.
