And that this word just struck me as a word that we need to incorporate into our show running life" The word is charrette with C H A R R E T T E and charrette. It's a noun and it means a meeting in which all stakeholders in a project attempt to resolve conflicts and map solutions. So this year's fundraising efforts will be organized through a charrette. After the charrette, the team members split up to tackle their own tasks with clear goals in mind.
