We Aren't Opening the Book on Any of These Stories
The idea that you have in your head of who some one was, and who someone would have been in your life had the stars alined, began as a story. You only got to feel that in life because you started a new story. There are many other stories with, by the way, more potential, waiting for you to open the book them. These are the ones we miss when we get stuck in the tunnel vision of those phantasies. The thought is cheap. The phantasy is cheap. Reality is expensive. But we hold on. We hold on. And holding on costs us."
