One of the principles of practice is this non judgment. And a good analogy to use here is imagine having a really young, curious puppy. You would gently say come back here now and you would gently bring it back. Because as I said, that's what they do. The most successful people I know are people who have recognized that they need to create space for their mind to be able to do all these things.
