Chat GPT is a variant of the GPT-3 model that has been trained through reinforcement learning to be very good at conversing. So it's kind of like a friendly extrovert that's good at having conversations. It's also the name of the product that you use, which is like the, you know, the web interface and the place where you can type stuff and get responses back. But those are the basic, basic difference.
