I think playing to win is absolutely essential in education and was utterly responsible for the success of the Rotman School. I just generally believe winning means finding a place where you're going to deliver exceptional value, which encourages other people to find other places to create exceptional value. It doesn't mean crushing other people. It means encouraging dispersion. And when you encourage a dispersion of where to play how to win, customers do better because it was rotten school, perfect school for any MBA. No, not at all.
