How to Pull Strength With a Kettlebell
If you are training at home as a consistent ongoing thing, it is worth investing in like a pull up bar. A single arm row variation with a kettlebell is going to do so much to develop through your back. An exercise that you could do to build your pulling strength with something you already have is to use your gee jacket. And the ice, like if we're talking about the wall walk with the hand, that's an isometric too. But because it's kind of task driven, like, hey, we're doing a handstand against the wall. Don't fall down. Just stay here. You almost don't have to think about it.
