Can You Build a Suspension Bridge?
Suspension bridges are made up of two pylons and a giant cable that hangs between them. The shape it will hang in is called a catenary, which is a hyperbolic cosin. It's just sort of dips down and forms that shape. So if there's wind that blows through, you know, across the bridge,. One of the issues that can happen is that, let's say the roadway could be like a litle bit of it, like a sail, the wind catches the roadway, and it will push in a certain direction. And em eventually, one day, needless to sayt the thing twisted too far and broke.
