"I think a lot of us, you know, successful leaders, it's certainly in the military and I wouldn't doubt it in other career fields as well," he says. "We do put a lot on ourselves, right? That I have to be successful all the time." He adds that if every leader had a perfect career, there'd be no one in charge. 'If I do the same things that got me here, I'm going to wind up here again'
