Is There a Crashing Asthmatic?

The crashing asthmatic is the one when they hit the door, all you can think about is, man, i want to intimate this patient. We know that patients can get worse on the vent it's very hard to manage their ventilation. So we want to avoid that intimation as much as possible. And then the third thing i'm doing right off the bat is starting epinefron. Many of these patients aren't taking good title volumes. They are bronco constricted and those inhaled bata agonists simply aren't getting down into the lungs where they need to go.
