The Champions Blueprint
I was pretty miserable about we'd gone through a number of either chapter 11s or corporate restructurings and mergers and acquisitions. I happened to be listening to a podcast with a guy called Jeff Spencer on talking about the Champions Blueprint. He said if you really want your life to go in a certain direction, you need to know what the end result of that direction looks like. And this all requires a consistent set of behaviors and values over time if I want to get that in the long term. So I need to start right now. It's literally as if by magic things started unfolding. The company just been sold, being restructured and we all knew we were going.
