A former homicide detective said it was absolutely ridiculous that a search history would be used to justify this. Another forensic scientist, Henry Lee, who testified for the defense in the O.J. Simpson murder trial, concluded that the number and types of wounds and blood-stained patterns observed are consistent with a homicide scene.
