In fiscal year 20 19, ice's new york bureau field office gave the following statistics. They lodged seven thousand 526 detainers for foreign criminals who racked up 17 thousand ight hundred,. 73 criminal convictions and 65 hundred criminal criminal charges. And they remained in country. Ok, this is just one year's worth, and this happens every year. Now, you can't go by the stats any more. The first year ever, they just didn't publish an enforcement report cause they don't want people to see how little enforcement they did.
