When to Call It Quit
i think the real tracp from a body building point of iew is knowing when to call it quit. When i would compete, the excitement to get back in the gym and build new tissue was there. And when that flame was gone, ias that right now, i'm done. I'm not going to force this any longer. But once you do that, like the resilience that you build mentally and is very, very good. Don't get me wrong, man, it's hard. Being critical of yourself is fackin difficult. But i think if you, as an individual, can look at yourself and go alert and tin all walks, not just body building,
