We're Missing Those Opportunities

We're becoming very comfortable our brains don't really like to have change. We love novelty, but we hate change. And so what happens when we feel fyour change? You know, it's like an air code in our brain that we want to just fix. So i do think that remote is flexibility as great,. Fully remote, never seeing each other. I see sort of down stream impacts of maybe they're being threats there. It's difficult to have serendipity. And we're missing that.
