The RTP is essentially a very rough cap rate for that province. So we starting us off as New Brunswick average price of a home is $270,698 rent is 1467. Then we move on to Newfoundland and Labrador average price is 300,490 with the average rent being 1,131. Saskatchewan coming in at an average home price of about $308,000. Nova Scotia's RTP ratio is the highest in the country based on this very, very rough calculation that we're using here. Of 7.4%.
