The Double Slit Experiment
In quantum physics, consciousness almost must necessarily exist outside of matter for there to be an observer effect. There's actually another version of the double slit experiment called the delayed choice experiment. The idea is that even after the choice is made, another choice is made or the particle travels a certain period of time. And so it's almost like saying a thousand years ago, it went left or right but the choice is actually being made now.
