The One Man Rule in the Factory

A factory should have a system. If a workers wants to change jobs, they ought to have a system of rules o decide how to do it. Also, these rules should be decided upon by everyone and then afterwards, anyone who violates him will be punished according to the rules. This is rule by law. Now we don't have this kind of legal system. Our objective is not very high. We just want workers to have their own independent organizations in work units. It's personal rule.
